I have 3 items that I sold on Monday and still haven't been paid for. I contacted them the day of the auction with a nice email with directions on payment (paypal) then I sent another one on Friday as a reminder and haven't heard from them. At what point do I send a more direct email stating that if they don't pay I'll have to send notice to ebay. In my auction it's stated payment is due within 3 days, it's now been 6. TIA for your advice!

well technically ebay makes you wait a week but i would tell them you are relisting the next day if you don't receive payment.

honestly, even though I usually pay right away b/c I want it to be shipped asap...I think most people don't read those seller instructions because they already know that ebay's policy is 7 days.  So I wouldn't send anything until that deadline is up.
