they are usually so good about price adjustments.  i placed an order last night without a coupon code, and today i get an email that give 15% off.  i called and they won't adjust my order.  i have to get the stuff, ship it all back and reorder.  has anyone heard of them changing their policies?

can't you just cancel the order from last night and reorder? i assume it hasn't shipped yet.

That is lame--maybe it's because they haven't charged your card yet?  I just did it (well, in late December) and they were really nice about it and just gave me a refund of the difference--maybe because it was only $20, but I am sure they did it as a "price adjustment."  I'd call back again and see if you can get a nicer person!

they said that they could put in a request to cancel my order, but that may take up to 48 hours and by that time the order will have shipped. 

they have been really nice about it in the past with me too...  and i did call and talked to 2 different CS reps that both told me the same thing.  stinkers.  my adjustment would be about 50 bucks too.

It looks like- -as the economy goes poo- -that retail establishments (and other industries) get strict.  You would think they'd bend over backwards to keep us coming back, but they gotta cut somewhere.

If the things you ordered are still available online in the sizes you need, can't you just reorder with the % off coupon and then return the original order once you receive it? BR has always taken online returns back in their stores, so if you have a B&M close to you, I guess that would be one way around the price difference...
