Boston Proper sizing advice?

Can anyone tell me how their sizing runs?  I'm looking at a skirt and a couple tops to order.  I'm  a 5/6 in juniors and 2 at Gap/BR stores.  I wasnt sure if I should order the skirt in a 2 or 4.


Another thing, does this store ever have promo codes or offer free shipping?

Boston Proper is like Anthro, in that they sell different brands and each brand has its own sizing. However, some of their stuff is by their label... which is usually stretchy, knit stuff. Kinda confusing, I know.
 
I've ordered 1 dress from their travel line and I found it ran big.

Oh, and they never have free codes. But they ship super fast.

Thanks sfclinevandy. I think I'll order a 2 and pass on the tanks. The tanks description had a tip to size down if in between sizes and they were out of anything smaller.
