everyday necklace...

Does anyone have any suggestions of websites or real stores where I can get a nice everyday necklace for under $300 (am I dreamining here)?? it has to be:

1. 14K yellow gold. no gold plate or vermeil! I want it to last!

2. simple, delicate but not SO delicate that you can hardly see it.

3. with a pendant like a heart & key or a rose or something girly like that.

I like stuff from boutique jewelry designers like Me & Ro, but they all seem overpriced to me!

anyone here know if I would have luck in the jewelry district in downtown LA? I live in the LA area, but I've never been shopping there - it always seems so overwhelming!!

I highly recommend FutureFashionista.com.  She has real gold/diamond jewelry for good prices.  Often has a code too.

14K yellow gold, $130



I have this gold and diamond disc necklace in both yellow and white gold.
