I went to a business function and won a coach bag. It's nice, but the style is not me (it's way too small for a hobo shaped bag, IMO.) Anyway, there was a gift receipt with it, so that means I have $178 to spend at Macy's...
here's the bag if you're curious:
I'm not opposed to Coach, but I'm not really digging the patchwork or logo fabric.
If you had $178 to spend at Macy's, what would you buy? I'm not opposed to spending more than the $178 either -- I'll view it as an almost $200 discount.

Their website is kind of limited, but the Macy's in downtown Chicago always has a somewhat decent higher end shoe collection. Personally, I would get a pair of jeans or maybe even stock up on beauty products.

Agreed about Macy's website vs. a nice store in a big city. Otherwise, I like the housewares idea. Any one-trick-pony kitchen appliances you're craving?
A great opportunity to get some nice Calphalon pans. We use that brand all the time.
If they had a bag I liked, I would buy a bag. If not, I would buy maybe a top + a cute little blazer/jacket. I have enough jeans, but I guess it depends on what you really need/want.
