their watches are 100% authentic - I have ordered several (Invicta and Corum), and have had the bands adjusted at a high end watch shop (if they were not authentic, they would have surely told me - they actually complemented me on the watches)  so, just because the price is good doesn't mean they're fake.  I would shop at overstock with confidence - plus if you don't like it, you can return it.
