has anyone seen anything similar?  i can't find one anywhere!  there are some on some imitation jewelry sites, but nothing with real diamonds.  the cartier ring is over 20K. 

it looks like this, but i'd prefer all silver, or white gold, or platinum.

Try a seach for "Russian Wedding Band" or "Rolling Ring" and there should be plenty that come up. Here's an example:
