ok, I remember when I was living in DC that Saks had a huge after Christmas sale. Does anyone know when this starts? And what other stores have one? I'm, trying to decide if its worth the 3 hour trip to a decent mall sometime next week.

I think every retailer will have a sale. It will be insane. My experience in retail taught me that the day after xmas is almost worse than the day after thanksgiving, lots of returns and people with gift cards.

An SA told me last night to come back the day after Christmas. She mentioned 75% off.

Last year the Saks by me had a great sale that started early in the morning day after Xmas

saks starts at 8am iirc! extra 50% off before 12pm, 40% after.

Anyone know if any online retailers will have big sales? I'm living in the back of beyond, but as I do a lot of my shopping online, I'd be interested to know if they sell off stuff the way that stores with physical locations do.
Does anyone have experience from previous years? :)
