so as you ladies know, i work for Gucci, and we're having a sale right now, i really want this jacket, and i  have wanted it before it even came out.  it fits me well, its a great color and the style is very me, my only concern is the price.  i've never spent $1000 on a jacket before, it was $5000+ because it has astrakhan around the collar but with all the sale and my discount, the final price for me would be $1000.  i think it would be a great piece in my closet, what do you ladies think i should do.  i should really be saving but its such a great deal its hard to pass up.

If you can buy it without dipping into savings or anything like that, you should totally get it. I think you will be able to wear it a lot since it is outerwear and the style is an edgy classic.

I'm with Lilykind on this one...if the price is something you can afford without indebting yourself to your future...and you can swing it by not buying other small things for a while, then go for it.
