Turning 30 is tough (it's still a month away) but I'm hoping this will soften the blow!

I bought myself a beautiful Chanel "wallet on a chain".  I love the classic bag but there are so many more ways I can wear this and I think it's perfect for traveling (long strap for day and hide the strap at night for a clutch).  I love love it, my first chanel bag!

AND she'll be perfect for spending my 30th birthday in...PARIS next month!!!  I've been debating what to do for a few weeks and finally used some of my points and miles to book a birthday-week trip to PARIS!!  Now I'm just asking everyone to give me euros for my birthday to spend there haha.

Sorry for the bad pictures but I'm away for work this week and don't have my regular camera with me!  from the hotel bathroom...

Gorgeous - have fun on the trip.  Visit Galleries LaFayette mall and don't forget to window shop on Rue Saint Honore where ALL the big fashion houses have their stores.  There is a great small book called "Where to Shop in Paris"  it lists maps of all the great stores and boutiques and gives types, prices, and directions.  You can buy it at Amazon.com

I love Paris! If you get a chance you should also take a side trip to Reims. It's an easy day trip, and you can go champagne tasting, and the town and cathedral are beautiful. There's also great shopping along Boulevard Saint Germain...there's a great Paul & Joe boutique down one of the little sidestreets. smile.gif And if you get a chance go to one of the billions of little concerts that take place in the churches in Paris. They're advertised all over the place on flyers, and you just buy tickets at the door. I could go on forever!
