I saw a lady yesterday in a short (cap) sleeve swing jacket.  Thin, two buttons at the top and then flowed away.  It was a grey/black plaid.  She was wearing a long-sleeve tight black think turtleneck underneath.  It looked so cute.  I want to try and "copy" the look.  I can't seem to find a jacket though.  Seems like I've seen them everywhere.  Not too concerned about the color, just want the style.  Any help?

I've seen them a lot in the juniors departments of department stores and especially at TJ Maxx and Marshall's.

Check out the junior's section of the nordstroms website too. There's a cute black and white one, but the sleeves are 3/4. I've also seen them at Loehmann's in addition to the other places mentioned.

I got one very similar to what you're describing last year at Urban Outfitters. My sleeves come to the elbow though.
