I just checked the tags on my RP dresses, and I was surprised to see that they say dry clean only.

For anyone who has one, do you think it's ok to handwash them or should I not risk it and send them to the cleaners?

IMHO, it's BS. I asked at the sample sales and the salespeople/models there prefer to either hand or machine wash gentle and hang/lay flat to dry.

If it's a print or pattern, dry cleaning could actually ruin it (I saw several cases of this happening at the boutique).

I actually just hand wash my RP dresses and line dry them :)
