I agree...try Target. Also check their clearance section online, I got my mom some really cheap (and cute) maternity clothes there. Their quality is really good too, they lasted her all through her pregnancy.
i highly recommend getting a bella band if you haven't already-i used one of those instead of buying maternity jeans-it's obviously a lot cheaper and i think it worked great...as long as the jeans still fit your legs, you can leave then completely un-buttoned and *ahem* un-zipped and just use the bella band and a long shirt and there ya go! hth:) oh-you can find them at most maternity stores, i remember seeing them at mimi maternity

Not to hijack the thread, but when did she have her baby? I missed it somehow.

I have spent little to a lot on maternity jeans and know you don't have to spend very much to get a good fit. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Target for maternity. The pictures on the website do their products absolutely zero justice. The jeans and pants are actually some of my favorites and preferred to most of my pricier stuff. The fit is amazing! And my absolute favorite pair of maternity jeans are real waist skinny jeans from Target. Here they are from the website and of course they don't look good...
Although, I do also like a pair I spent $80 on from Mimi Maternity. I bought the short fit because I wanted them to hit at the ankles. I have to wear a bella band to keep the jeans up though, otherwise they constantly slide down. I can't find a picture online, but here is how they fit on me:
Finally, I spent about $140 on a pair of Buffalo jeans, also purchased from Mimi. The overall fit and look is wonderful and reminds you of non-pregnancy designer jeans, but again I have to wear a bella band to keep them from falling down all the time.
I was in Target maybe two weekends ago and tried on a pair of jeans and didn't buy them, and now I wish I had. They were perfect for wearing flats with and had a bit of a boot cut. Overall, I've had no problems with fit or quality from Target so that is my number one pick.
I have to say, I absolutely hated the maternity jeans I bought from Old Navy and from Mimi Maternity. They looked okay, but the band elastic wasn't well constructed, was too loose and they sagged! I kept them as back-ups only, but they were basically useless to me.
I loved two pairs of designer maternity jeans I found on ebay. One was Seven for All Mankind, the other was COH. Both were used and I got them for around $80.
I also found a brand called Noppies (U.K. based, found in boutiques here) that made an awesome pair of maternity slacks, if you are interested.
Good luck.

Tried to edit with image but not successful, you can look them up on Babystyle if you would like.
