I have umbrellas on the mind for some reason, even though we're like 12 inches behind on rainfall for the year. All my umbrellas are either hand-me-downs or corporate gifts/freebie crappy umbrellas. What company makes a super high quality umbrella? I'm finding that- -even if I wanted to spend a lot on an umbrella - -I wouldn't know where to start! I don't care too much about the appearance, just a solid color or smallish print. Any recommendations?
Carrie Bradshaw: The fact is, sometimes it's really hard to walk in a single woman's shoes. That's why we need really special ones now and then to make the walk a little more fun.
The best umbrella I've ever owned is from the brand Rain Clipper (I think...) by London Fog, available at Target. They're not portable, but they keep out rain VERY well and are super-sturdy. They were probably around $15 or so.
