i've been looking for a pair of black round toeish flat boots with a cuff or some kind of detail at the top. here are the two pairs that i've kind of narrowed it down to. which ones should i get??? if you ladies have other suggestions, im open to that as well.

TJ Maxx has had (very recently) some very similar boots.  I think they are Nine West, but they are nice.  I bought them last year at the end of the season and they are priced at about $60.   Mine are comfy - I got the black.  Might be worth checking out.
