Well, you see the part where the straps criss-cross on top of my foot? I just moved the straps around until I could feel that the rest of the sandal fit better. Once they were in place, I wrapped thread through and around the actual part of strap crossing Now they won't be moving and the sandal feels much more secure that way!

This is my first time ordering from them, but I had no problems!  Shipping is based on weight, which could get expensive if you order a lot from them.  I only dealt with CS through one email, but they were very good about getting back to me within a day.  Be warned that if you have to ship something back though, that it could be expensive.  Minimum shipping to send these sandals back was going to be $12 for First Class.  Priority started at $34.
