i am going to vegas tomorrow and i need a good 'going out' outfit. help me decide what to wear, please! im on a budget...so of course i have a little black dress that i could probably make work, but i was maybe thinking something different? any tips of something, affordable yet hip?! __________________

Mini dress or bright colors. Its super hot (not humid though) there right now so pack a bathing suit and cute shorts. If you wear the black dress, then by all means, bright accessories __________________
