anyone tried these wide leg/trouser jeans?

I got a $50 off $150 coupon from Revolve and figured it's a good excuse to buy a new pair of jeans. I really want a wide-leg pair...I have a pair of lovely Blue Cult Elite trousers, but those are reserved for my highest heels.

Anyone tried these pairs on? Also, can I wear them with flats/sneakers (hemmed, of course)?

WE have the J brand ones in my store. They're OK...I tried them on and was just kind of "eh" about them.

these aren't at revolve but they are SO amazing i bought two pairs (adasa had 20% code, and 20% from old shopbop code- so they were about $158 each).  i think i'm going to have to start a new post about them.  I am curvy and they make my legs/butt/thighs look really good.

Oooo...Lynnie, I saw those jeans. I thought the pockets on the thigh would make you look bigger though. Good to know theyre flattering. :)

I like the Grass ones. I love wearing flats, but when I wear my trouser jeans with flats, I feel so SQUAT and short with the emphasis on my thighs (which end up looking like a box). So I would say some sort of heel is necessary (I had my Paige trouser jeans hemmed to wear with mid height heels for comfort and the sake of my thighs).

I want a pair of trouser jeans, too! I'm interested in hearing which ones look good from you all. I agree with vividogwear, though, that they really just don't look good (especially on us petite girls) without a heel. cry

No input on fit, but I just wanted to say that those Grass jeans are super cute!

i agree that they would probably need a heel if you're not tall. the fact that i almost never wear heels is the reason that i haven't bought any wide legs

I bought a pair of wide leg jeans from the Victoria's Secret catalogue (a knockoff the Grey Ant wide-leg, high-waist jeans) and they look great. Since I have big legs and a booty, they actually make me look slimmer.

I have those as well and I love them. They are so comfortable, I wore them 3 times last week. Adasa actually has a code now for 25% (adasa67).
