what do you think about these, girls? they're on sale for $200 at shopbop. I've been looking for this style of shoe forever, and love the dark brown. I can see wearing them in summer and then in fall with tights... but for some reason I'm not pulling the trigger yet. Thoughts?
I think they are very pretty. That style is quite popular right now; and these are a great example of them. Some can get bulky-looking. These look like they won't.
those are very pretty! 200 still seems a lot, but if that's in your budget, they are very nice shoes. (and would probably be more versatile than the clunkier chloe versions)
yeah Erin 200 is a lot, you're right... that's why I'm debating how versatile and classic I think they are. I'd much rather pay less for a style like this, but the problem is that all the less expensive versions I've seen so far look really cheap. Feeling very conflicted!
I like them! Like Pollyjean said, that style can sometimes be too clunky, but these have a nice streamlined feel to them, and I can see you making them work.
Just like everyone else, I like that they're a less chunky version of the super-chunky shoes I've seen everywhere. But I don't think they'll be "in style" for years and years and depending on your budget $200 could be a problem for something trendy.

I like them, as long as the padding is adequate at the foot of the shoe. I think they are fairly classic...I had shoes sort of like that, but less streamlined, years ago. As long as you know you're going to wear them to death, you should go for it!
Those are really hot. If you can swing it, I say get them! I think it'd be worth it to pay the $200 for them as opposed to buying a pair that were cheaper that you just didn't love and looked clunkier. There's really nothing about the shoe that looks like it wouldn't be stylish years from now, so I think they're probably a good investment.
I think they are really nice looking. My only concern would be what Lilykind said about the thickness of the sole. I have a pair of similar sandals from Cole Haan last year with about a 3.5 inch heel, and the sole isn't quite cushiony enough, so they hurt my feet if I need to do serious walking. But, you can always order and return if they don't work out, so I say jump on them!
hey, these are also on sale at saks for the same price, but i bet if you stalk them/keep the item #, you will be able to track em down for cheap later.
