Last week I ordered the HH leather trim dress that I have posted about before. It was regularly $153, but I got it on sale for $107.10 for 30% off and free shipping with the coupon code. I looked on the website today and it had been marked down to $80. The coupon code goes through 5/25 so I called them and asked if they could give me a price adjustment. I told them that the total should be $56 so I should get about $51 back. The girl was extremely nice and said that she would have to talk to the guy that handles the sales, but she did not see any problem but could not be sure. Has anyone had any dealings with their customer service before? I really want my $51 back. I have decided that if for some reason they don't give it to me I will return the dress and insist they don't charge me shipping for returning it. What do you think? Am I being immature?

Before deciding what you will do if they don't give you the money back I would wait and see if they do. It sounds like they will. They are a company with a reputation and they do not want that tarnished so I would bet that they give the money back. =)

Thanks. I am sorry if I seemed snarky. It just has not been a good day so far. I feel like they will.

HH credited me $27.00 because they said that the discount did not apply to items on sale. I thought that was very fair because it lets me get the dress at the sale price and I still get the free shipping.

This is unrelated. I went to a sample sale once in their loft in midtown and the people there were so nice and cool. I didn't have cash on me so the guy offered to old on to what I picked out while I searched for an ATM. I hope this line blows up big bc they deserve it!
