I just got a new job (yay!) and I need opinions on what to wear for my first day (which is tomorrow). The job is a receptionist/office assistant in a real estate firm. I'm not sure what the dress code is... when I went for my interview the office was closed and the woman interviewing me wasn't wearing a suit so I'm sure it's not really formal. Anyways, I'd like to make a good first impression, even if I am kind of overdressed, so which of the following should I wear?
Outfit #1 - White blouse, grey jacket w/ subtle pink pinstripes, charcoal pants, black pointy-toe pumps:
Outfit #2 - Pink & white button up top with scoop collar, same jacket as #1 and black pants:
Outfit #3 - This is a brown top and has a tie belt around the waist (can't tell from the pic), with charcoal trousers & black shoes:
I would go with #1 for the first day. If you're overdressed, then you at least have the option of taking off your blazer. My second choice would be #3.

Edited to add: Congratulations!

I've been a receptionist and an office assistant myself, and an outfit like #3 was something I'd wear. I think the first two outfits would be fine too without the jacket. Whenever I got chilly I would wear a cardigan.
I would say #1. Bring the blazer for sure, in case it is dressier than you think (or it's cold.) Always better to dress up more in the beginning - people judge you partly by the way you dress. If you look more professional, you will be perceived that way.
Thanks for your help ladies! I went with #1 - I felt somewhat overdressed when I got there, but I'd much rather be overdressed than underdressed, so overall it worked out well!
