I placed my first-ever online order with Old Navy on 5/2. I didn't even get notified about the shipping until 5/6. And when I go to the UPS site, the order is scheduled to be delivered on 5/9.

Which, technically, is still within the "four to seven business days from your order date" that they tell me it should arrive...but it just seems like this friggin' packag is taking sooooo long to get to me. Normally I don't care, but I am trying to figure out the wardrobe for our Europe trip and I'd like to know if what I ordered will work or not.

Have you girls had similar experiences with ON? I guess I've gotten spoiled because Jcrew and Anthro ship so quickly. Anthro has items to my house in like, two days. It's amazing!

That's why the shipping is only $5! It always took at least a week for my packages to arrive from Old Navy.

They are super slow. I now only buy items that aren't available in the store.

Thanks, ladies. I hadn't even thought about the s/h - I'm used to paying about $10 it seems, from other web sites.

GD, that's exactly why I placed this order - I can't find the items I ordered in the stores near me. I just didn't know I'd be so impatient to receive it!  Guess I am going to have to wait a little longer.  :)

Yup, one time they took the full 7 business days before they actually shipped out my order. I had ordered 2 cute cardis for my DD and they ran out of stock during those 7 business days. I was so mad I called them up, but all they could do is apologize...I wanted that sweater...GRRR!

Me too.  I ordered some things a few weeks ago, and it took 7 full days for them to arrive.

I thought they shipped pretty quickly. I don't remember how long it took, but I felt it was much faster than JCrew.
