I was at a Juicy store today and tried on this dress in a navy blue color and thought it was so cute but not quite worth the money.  (p.s. i dont know how tall the model is, but it hit me at the knees).  Then I found a similar dress at Forever21, but they didn't have my size and its not on the website.  Has anyone seen a dress like this? TIA!

Free People should have a similar version.

Also, American Apparel has a hoodie dress, but it doesn't flare out like that one.

I wouldn't be surprised if VS has something similar because they're like, Juicy Couture knock-off land.
