Does anyone have these Dolce Vita shoes?

I stumbled upon these on Nordstrom's website on sale.  I have been wanting a pair of Dolce Vita's for sometime now too.  I was curious to know if any of you might have bought or tried on this style (Carnival 4).  I have a narrow foot and heel and wonder if I can wear these. TIA!
