It looked very white on the website ( there is another pic now but when I ordered it, this is the only pic available showing the white bag I wanted), but when I received it, it was VERY DIRTY gray. I returned the bag, but I was wondering if this is typical on this website. Their bags are so cute, and love to order some different bags, but at the same time I don't wanna keep paying the shipping and returning fees just to find out other bags are not like the colors on the website.
By the way, when I looked at the billing included in the shipment, it said the bag was "bright white" which I had ordered. Now, on the website, it says off white, so maybe they don't sell any more bright white.... Maybe they shipped a wrong color... I don't know. I guess I am a bit confused.
They have EXCELLENT customer service, so I'd just shoot them a quick email. I'd be suprised if you didn't get a response before the end of tomorrow. I don't find your experience typical for the company. When I ordered my Tano, I emailed them and asked for pictures of the color I wanted, and they were very, very helpful. They're very willing to answer any questions and send you pictures of anything you need.
