I got this in from f21 yesterday and it is GORGEOUS!!!  I am thinking about wearing it with either:

1.  black skinny ankle length pants and silver (? maybe another color would be
     better ?) platform peeptoe heels
                                    
                                          OR

2.  dark blue skinny jeans and black peeptoe platform heels

1st question:  Should I wear a belt?  The top is blousy and goes a good way below the tush but is really not what I would call a minidress.

2nd question:  If you can think of other ways to wear this top,  please share your ideas.  I would most appreciate them.

Well since the top is full, how about putting it over a white pencil skirt.  If it suits a belt, I would be tempted to put on a black patent belt and shoes.
