I ordered a jacket that was NWT from eBay. It came quickly, and it's in great shape, but the buttons were all hanging on by a thread and I had to re-attach them. I wrote the seller and asked for a small refund of $5 for the effort it took me to have to re-sew them. She never responded (this was like two weeks ago).

Should I leave neutral?

did she leave any feedback for you yet? i'd probably give her neutral fb, but she might be nuts and retaliate with a negative.

any normal human being would take the neutral and be quiet, but there are some crazyass people on ebay.

i don't think she'll respond if you write again. i'd just go ahead with neutral FB.
