this is the second time a 0 feedbacker has bid (and won) on an auction of mine. last time i got burned and had to relist after the seller deleted their account. (Wtf?) and i have a feeling it might happen again to another auction of mine that ended.furious

i just sent the person a message stating if they didn't contact me within 24 hours about how they plan to pay, i was going to relist. boo.

You should say in your listings that if someone with zero feedback wants to bid, they need to contact you first. Otherwise, just cancel their bids as soon as they make them.

i did put that in my auction, but i couldn't cancel the bid because he or she bid in the last three seconds or so and it didn't give me a chance. maybe i could try a second chance offer with the second highest bidder i guess.

Did you know that you can block bidders with less than 5 feedbacks? I would suggest doing that next time.
