She does mention in her listing that it's a "Dress or tunic" but the photo she is using for the listing is defintely the dress version of the print and NOT the tunic. Also, her listing says the item is 34" long, but I measured it and it's BARELY 29" long.
OMG. She is psycho. She's claiming that she took the measurements from the shopbop site and that that's how the manufacturer is listing it - but what she doesn't get is those are the measurements for the DRESS and not the tunic. She doesn't seem to understand that there are two different products. Her measurements and picture are for the dress....even though she mentions the word "tunic" in her listing.
i think on the measurements being off alone would be reason enough to get your money back, or if she is being nutso, dispute it with ebay. she might mention "tunic" but the picture is definitely a dress!
She's being a total bitch..I've sent her photos of the dress and the tunic trying to explain that there are two different products..and she won't budge. Guess I have to open a dispute :(
Yikes her feedback is crazy. I would go ahead and send it back, but make sure to get tracking and then you will be covered if you do need to file a dispute because she won't refund. Good luck!

Her description clearly says that it's a dress("Soft, print dress ")...so I don't think she can get away with selling you the shirt version. If you go through ebay, maybe find the links of the both the shirt and dress so they understand what the deal is.
