I know that I brought this issue up before, but now that my marriage is in the drain I really don't have any desire to keep my dress. Where would be a good place to re-sell it. I had it cleaned and preserved so its in excellent shape.TIA 


came back to add.. that I also wanted to do something with my wedding ring, I do wan't to keep it but maybe somehow  make it look like less of a wedding ring ideas?( I paid a good hunk of money for it and I love the diamonds thas in the setting)

Maybe you could get the ring remade into a necklace? I knew someone who did that after her marriage ended.

Thanks ladies, Elle I checked out the web site  preownedweddingdresses.com and that seems like a good site. I never sold any thing  ebay so im a little unsure how to do it.

firefly never thought about that. I know I posted pic a while back (last summer I think) but I can post pics if someone is interested.  I believe its a size 6. The dress is white with long sleeves but the sleeves are sheer with embroidery on the sleeves, it has a very long train that can be busled(sp) up. The back has a bow, it has alot of embroidery on the front of the dress from the bust down to the waist and some through out the entire dress. I also have the petty coat that can be worn to make it  very full.

in addition to those sites listed, you can also try craigslist for your area.  I know a lot of people sell wedding items on there (actually a friend of mine found her dress off craigslist!)
