received wrong size, not sure what to do

I bought a skirt off of ebay and she sent me the wrong size, I sent an email through ebay to her last week and have heard nothing back. What should my next step be? Thanks for your advice!

Definitely an error on the seller's end. If you don't hear anything, dispute through PayPal (if that is how you paid).

I once received a damaged item and I complained to the seller. The seller didn't respond for like 1.5-2 days. But they resolved the issue before I had to go to ebay or PayPal.
