I've decided to start bringing a lot of snacks so I can pretty much eat all day. I snack out of boredom a lot and I don't always make the best vending machine choices.
L: pb sandwich with whipped pb and whole grain bread
S: 100 calorie sun chips
D: lasagna with turkey meat
E: while I'd love to expend some of my extra cooped up energy (damn ice!), I've been at the bf's for the duration of the ice storm and my car is packed full of things I need to unload at my house - before it starts icing again. *sigh* next week will be better.
I haven't had the best day eating wise, but as long as I keep dinner low calorie I should be ok
b- Acutally didn't have a lean cuisine, I had a breakfast meeting this morning so had to endure real breakfast food, and it really wasn't so bad..tastewise...calorie wise I figured it to be around 400, but now i'm not sure... I had Very small portion of scrambled eggs (maybe a tblsp) 2 small strips of bacon 1 biscuit 2 kiwi slices, a few slices of banana and orange, and some grapes
l- Mcdonald's cheeseburger happy meal- 540 (grrr)
d- I'm thinking lean cuisine
e- cardio and abs. I have no energy to do weights today.
