haha i know, i get stuck in eating cycles. I hate traditional breakfast foods too, so l/c's make it easy for me. Nothing like turkey and dressing with spiced apples for breakfast!

I quit doing these for a couple days becaue my eating was atrocious. But today I actually had the willpower to throw out a bag half-full of Cheetos...so perhaps I can handle this again without such shame.
