Hardware can be changed, so don't let that stop you from getting something you like otherwise. You can also go secondhand, get two different but complementary pieces, and paint or stain them to match. I really like Halleybird's suggestions, though, especially Bombay Co. and the "leggy" ones at Overstock.

Places that sell linens can often have this sort of thing at really good deals - though the dark finishes are a bit too current; white and cream seem to be more common there. Still, if you see a style you love for $70 - a can of $7 spray paint is a worthwhile investment!
