l - (v. late lunch) - small quesadilla and cerveza (light)
d - sushi (yay) + 4 glasses of wine (boo). Met DH and his work folks after dinner...alcohol just kills my points!
I am finding it hard to eat well here on vacation. I remembered to pack my fiber cereal but forgot my granola bars, and everything else I can find is more points. Yesterday was a mess - hot dogs, trail mix and twizzlers at the airport, room service (which was terrible) for dinner...I had no idea that regular hot dogs are 8 pts. each!
Anyway, today I'm doing somewhat better but I haven't had dinner yet and am already at 19 points. My daily allottment is 20...but I did work out at the health club (4 pts subtracted) and also walked my ass off in Old San Juan. So hopefully it will balance out!

B: I don't eat breakfast L: chicken cashew ding. I did NOT learn my lesson yesterday when it made me feel gross. b- lean cuisine- 280 orange juice- 50 l- Subway oven roasted chicked 100 calorie peanut sticks- total 510 d- pan seared pork chop green beans corn- 400 e- somehow managed to forget my workout clothes at home for the 2nd Wednesday in a row...so no cardio for me, but will try to do ab routine before bed time...
