I live about 45 minutes from Jcrew and was there a few weeks ago. Well I was going to return one of the items when I was in the area and notice one of the shirts was priced at $10 more on then the tag AND the girl didn't give me my 10% off even though I showed her my student ID. So I go back yesterday and exchanged a few things and the manger price adjusted my shirt and said she gave me 10%. She asured me everything was good and I assumed it was. I get home and look at my stuff last night and got out the calculator. She only gave me 10% on the one shirt not the whole order. So I call customer service because I am annoyed I have to drive back there again and they tell me "This is only customer service for online and catalog." so I ask what is the customer service for the stores her reply "They dont have customer service for the stores, just go back with your receipt and they will fix it" YEA THANKS! Sorry, Im still annoyed about it.
That sucks! It'd be a hassle even if you lived close to the store. I've never found the salespeople at J.Crew to be very helpful or nice. They always seem a bit snotty to me.
