d - chicken breast, 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, peas. finally the potatoes are gone. :)
shortly i am going to exercise...no skating again today as it rained all day yesterday. the trail will still be too wet / dangerous. so another walk...
*you girls are great - i love these daily checks. i SO didn't feel like walking today. but i felt accountable here and then i tried on my existing swimsuits for PR (i really don't have enough time to get a new one today) and that was also a great motivator. 30 minutes of cardio = done!

Morning yall. I was halfway on WW last week and half way on my beer and junk diet and managed to lose 1/5 pounds!! woo hoo! This week I'll be good though and be on WW.
B: Kashi GLC, skim milk, strawberries ~4pts
L: Salad from Wholefoods ~6/7pts??, low fat caesar dressing ~1pt, yogurt ~2pts
Diet Day 6 and no weight change...grrr...It's time to get serious here
b- refusing to put what I ate, but it was 280 calories 8 oz light orange juice- 50 l- cambell's low sodium, fat free chicken soup- 160 10 Fat free crackers- 120 s- navel orange- 75 d- 5-6oz sirloin steak- 324 1/2 ear of corn, no butter!- 70 green beans- 20 6 little pickles- 30 s- a few bites of fat free key lime pie- 100 (that's being generous) e- 30 min weights, 20 min cardio, 5 min abs

B: Wheat toast with butter and skim milk (330) L: 6" turkey on wheat, baked lays, diet coke (420) S: Medium turtle mocha from Caribu. I almost passed out after I checked the nutrition info....610 calories!!! But I didn't get whip and I didn't drink the whole thing so I'm going to guess 400. Sad. And i'm still hungry :( D: Don't know. Probably just cereal. I have to make up for that freakin coffee.
E: Probably just the elliptical at home. Don't think I'll have time to go to the gym tonight but I HAVE to do something.
My eating schedule is goofy. I don't eat very often until late in the day, so "breakfast" was at 3pm and my "dinner" is going to start here in a minute!
B: chicken nugget happy meal (nuggets, fries, coke) L: pork roast, potatoes, corn, green beans with ham D: green tea, piece of chocolate, cheerios, banana
E: I'm going to do an easy yoga tape... not hardcore exercise, but I just want to stretch out and get my blood flowing a little bit!
