Probably 140-145. My body settles at this weight and doesn't like to move up or down. But it's all distributed very evenly.
How tall are you?
5'1".
What is your body frame size?
I think a better question would be what is your body type. I am a perfect hourglass...no matter how pudgy I am I maintain a 10 inch ration between bust, waist and hips. But I am also very very muscular (think thunder legs), have pretty broad shoulders, and no one would ever say I'm a delicate girl.
What is your goal weight?
In an ideal world I'd weigh 125. But back in college I worked out like a maniac and ate really well, but the lowest I got was 127. But I'm a size 2 when I'm at 130, and I feel great at that weight, so I think I'd like to settle at 130. I don't know that it will happen, because I have awful willpower, but I'm hoping that 2 months in South America will help.

I don't weigh myself because then everyone starts crowing about how overweight I am, but right now it's probably between 165 and 170.
(I think that number is incredibly misleading...I'm a size 6 with 34D chest and when I have friends guess my weight, they always guess around 140ish)
How tall are you?
5' 3"
What is your body frame size?
perfect hourglass. I'm really really muscular, most notably in my legs. average size (see above)
What is your goal weight?
I prefer to think of it as a goal size...I'd like to be a 2 (which is what I wear when I'm around 120-130), but more importantly, I just don't want to see fat hanging everywhere. So if I weighed 145 but was toned and trim, that's all I could really ask for.
What is your body frame size? I don't really know. I have an hourglass shape.
What is your goal weight? I'm pretty happy with my weight now and think I carry it well. I have curves, but they're in all the right places. I wouldn't want to lose more than 10 lbs.
God! Y'all make me feel huge. I wasn't going to post because I'm embarrassed, but I decided to anyway.
How much do you weight currently? 160, I gained 30lbs with my health problems last year.
How tall are you? 5'4"
What is your body frame size? Medium hour glass
What is your goal weight? Well, when I was 130 a year ago, I wanted to be 115. Now that I'm looking back at 130, it seemed pretty great. I'd like to be a comfortable size 4.
Well, not sure what the weight would be, but i'd like to lose a size and get more fit. ALL my clothes would fit better. I think it could be achieved by losing 5-10 lbs. Have any of you tracked calories on fitday.com? It's kind of amazing, i'm surprised at how much i eat even when its just small meals! Cookies add up fast!
How much do you weight currently? somewhere around 112
How tall are you? 5'8"
What is your body frame size? pretty small, kind of lanky. Both of my parents are very slender too.
What is your goal weight? I usually weigh around 110-114 and I'm fine being in that range for right now, although I would like to start exercising more frequently for health reasons.

I'm happy with my current weight, though if I could gain more muscle mass I wouldn't care if the number on the scale went up. I don't have a lot of muscle due to sedentary job and lazybuttness when I get home from work. (It's easier for me to whine about lack of muscle to DH and then go play computer games. )
Medium framed with WIDE shoulders and back and undefined waist

I had a body fat analysis done at the gym before Christmas. I was at 27.5% body fat. So by my calculations, I figure if I loose 10 bs. then I will be about 22% body fat. I feel like this is the most healthy place for me and I will be something like a size 4/6.
3.5 years ago when I graduated college I was about 125 and it was really a struggle for me to maintain that weight. I had irregular periods and worked out a lot.
I just wanted to point out that NOBODY here should feel bad or embarrassed. Weight is a pretty arbitrary number -- health is way more important. One of my sisters is about 5'4"/140, but she's incredibly strong, in great shape and wears only one size larger than I do.

Couldn't agree more! Did anyone see that Oprah on finding the perfect jeans for your body? They had about 5 women who were all a size 10 and it was AMAZING how vastly different they looked. I try not to focus on the weight on the scale, but more about how I feel and how my clothes fit.
It sounds like I'm a little heavier version of Lilykind...
How much do you weight currently?
I'm in the 170's. I haven't weighed in recently. I look about 145. I have very muscular legs, and a large chest (34/36, and my DD runnith over).
How tall are you?
5' 3"
What is your body frame size?
Hourglass
What is your goal weight?
I'm not exactly sure. One summer in college I got down to about 115 and was too skinny for my frame (I was about a size 4). I think if I were a muscular 130 and lost the fat on my sides I'd be pretty darn happy. That would make me about a 6, which would be ideal.
I'd be thrilled to be 125, but would settle for 130 - that's what I weighed when I graduated HS and I was in good shape then. I have never been overweight in my life, until these last few years. I have a chronic health condition that causes me to limit my exercising, and unfortunately when I get busy at work, I subsist on crap. Even though no one says I'm overweight, I know I am and hate the way my body looks. I can't really lift weights much anymore without causing major pain, so I'm really at a rather unhealthy point in my life and miserable about it.
When I was 125-130 I was a size six, and that was a good size for me. I have no illusions about being a smaller size than necessary; my frame is large so I'll never be a 2 or anything like that. I am also at a much higher level of body fat than I used to be (all that missing muscle tone, *sigh*), and really want to be healthier in that regard.

And I agree with Halleybird. I have learned that weight really just depends on many different things. I always go with how I feel but since right now I am not comfortable I do want to get back into shape for prom!!
I'd like to gain 5-10 lbs, but it might require nasty protein shakes or something.
It's not fun being so thin and small. I think it contributes to people thinking I look like a high schooler. There are so many clothes that I like, but some brands do not make any small enough for me. Also it can be rather uncomfortable to sit on uncushioned chairs. I think I should be tested for hyperthyroidism.
How much do you weigh currently? as of this morning, 134
How tall are you? about 5'3
What is your body frame size? small to medium, always have been muscular through gymnastics in childhood and cheerleading...hourglass shaped now
What is your goal weight? a couple of summers ago i was at 120 and looked the best I ever had so I would like to get there again, and maybe eventually to 115---I just want to be more toned as well and be in good physical shape---at 120 I was a size 2/4 and now I'm a 6
