I am in...I still need to lose that last 10 lbs of the baby weight....i definitely think it would help if I havd somewhere to post what I ate and calories and such
I was hoping someone would start this-thank you Laken! Yes, I am in. I did lose about 25 lbs. in the fall but I need to lose more. I did work out everyday this week but I need food ideas-what to eat.
I'm in too (obviously, by my D&E posts). I somehow lost 5 lbs over the last few weeks (probably from being sick for so long) but I still have 20 I want to drop.

PS Is a daily glass of wine ok? That is one newly acquired habit I don't think I will be able to shake.
I'd like to join the D&E threads too! I'm not trying to lose weight, but good god I need to start eating better! And exercising! I'll be watching my weight because I actually don't want to lose a whole lot, but mostly I want to do the D&E threads so I'll be accountable for all the crap I eat.

the fine print doesn't seem to dangerous. i've heard bally's is hellacious about people joining/not letting them leave/etc...but a friend did the challenge last year and while they dogged her with calls for a bit after the free period was over, it was ok.
I just ran across this post and wondered how exactly ya'll do this? I've been trying desperately to lose weight and have lost about 15 lbs in the past 3 months...but in the past month I have kind of hit a barrier. Any and all support would be greatly appreciated. Just tell me what I have to do. I need to lose a significant amount of weight and am in this for the long haul, so having a group to provide support would be so fun! Thanks!

try cherries, almonds, and fish. That usually gets a plateau moving. Have you been counting calories and staying under a certain number? You may want to try eating more to jump start the weight loss.
Count me in! I'm a student living in the dorms and its a LONG, COLD walk to the gym, not to mention the terrible food in the cafeteria. I need some support!

Count me in. I've been losing weight over the past month or so, through what I like to call the S&A Method (aka, Stress and Anxiety). I'm a complete basketcase right now and haven't been able to eat. I'd still like to lose more weight, but I know I need to start eating a little better than I have been (actually, I just need to start eating, period).
