Alright...I'm a college student and I'm seriousl struggling to eat healthy. The cafeteria on campus is discusting and everything is carbs, carbs, carbs. So I need some help with what I can do in my room. All I have is a refrig. and microwave :( Any ideas?

I always kept bagged salad mix in my dorm fridge and some fancy vinegars and oil on my food shelf. Sometimes, I got enough cut up veggies to last me a few days from the cafeteria's salad bar and used them back in my room.
oh i remember the days. do you have a friend or family close by with a kitchen? you could cook for the week on sat or sunday and then package in small containers and heat it up all week. My grandmother use to cook for me and freeze then I'd defrost enough for a week and eat off of it instead of the cafeteria.
I was never the most healthiest person in the dorms (I would go weeks on just eating flour tortillas with a piece of cheese melted in between) but I always had soup, ragu express, and easy mac in my room. Soup is pretty healthy (yeah high in sodium but not too horrible if you balance with your daily water intake). If I can think of some other things I'll post.
I remember those days. I've lived off campus since sophomore year, so luckily I only had to put up with it for one year.
When I lived in the dorms, I had lots of yogurt, fruit, and salad on hand. I'm assuming you don't have a freezer? I'd go with soup, like aurora said, though that will probably get old fast. You could also buy lean deli meat and lowfast cheese, and make sandwiches (with lowcarb bread). I used to eat a lot of those.
I have a book to pimp - I just bought Daphne Oz's book, the Dorm Room Diet. I've only read two chapters, but so far it seems like she gives a lot of good advice for staying healthy while living in a dorm. She's Dr. Mehmet Oz's daughter - he's been on Oprah a few times.

I don't know if you have the space for it or if your dorm even allows for it, but a George Foreman grill and/or a toaster oven are great ways to cook in a dorm.

That's an awesome idea. Really, the best. If the salad bar has red kidney beans or garbanzo beans to throw in, even better. Then it's a meal.
Little containers of hummus come to mind too, with whole wheat crackers. And if you don't have an air popper for popcorn, ask for one for Christmas. Without the butter and salt, it's a really healthy and filling snack. Or instead of butter and salt, sprinkle it with vegan parmesan cheese or garlic powder or whatever may interest you flavor-wise that isn't full of crap.
