Just wanted to check in with everyone. I'm in a class for work this week so I don't have internet during the day. I really wanted to get back on track but i've been busy and haven't been doing that well (I had a McD's happy meal for lunch and dinner. And no exercise). Tomorrow will be better, I swear!
L: Benihana's so probably chicken fried rice and tempura shrimp since I am not in the sushi mood
D: Tuna helper with lots of veggies added in.
ETA: OOPS! I thought this was for today. Oh well. yesterday I wasn't much better - same breakfast, giant slice of pineapple pizza, minestrone soup, shrimp fried rice, and tilapia stirfry for dinner with 2 oranges afterwards.
And of course: No exercise! I just cannot get motivated to go workout and its killing me.
Here we go! Hopefully this will make me stay committed:

B: Fat Free Blueberry yogurt, Banana, Diet Coke
L: 6" Subway Teriaki Chicken, pickles and cheese, no dressing, Baked Lays, Diet Coke
D: 8oz Rib-eye (I know, I know, but I ate around the fat...), Potato and cheese soup from WW Core Plan, Turnip Greens, Mashed Potatoes made with Chicken Broth and no Butter. Diet Instant Tea..(soo gross, but we were out of plain ol' ice tea)
Not the healthiest day, but definitely better than usual.
