Smallfry - the soap dispenser is Umbra and I got it at Homegoods for $7. It's very heavy and sturdy and I love it!

Halleybird - My bathroom advice is this: Don't be too shy to ask friends and family to use their facilities when yours are still out of order after having been worked on! We did all the work ourselves (but with the help of each of our fathers for certain parts). I imposed on many people while it was unuseable. Things weren't square and not fitting and we didn't have enough supplies and had to keep running out for things. Basically, keep saving and wait for some professional to do it! No, really it wasn't that bad most days. It feels good to be done and to know that we put in all the hard work.

Thanks everyone! I'll post pics from the 1/2 bath soon. We did it at the same time (it has less to be replaced) so as soon as I wallpaper the ceiling I'll post that one too.
