What are the things you're dying to get for your home? Not necessarily only ones you can afford immediately but anything you would love to get to make your place perfect.
Here are mine:
Garland shade light
This leather sofa, but in camel. We've been contemplating buying it for over a year and I think we will eventually. It would be our ultimate investment piece. And it's so comfy to sit on.
A vintage mirror, not this exact one but maybe something similar. I'll know when I come by the right one.
This ceramic box from Anthro - to be used as a jewelry box
I'm in the market for a fun chair for my family room. It has to be comfy, not too big and have some sort of pattern to the fabric, be modern/contemporary and pet friendly.
I haven't found one yet.
I'm also in the market for some sort of contraption to store my jewelry in as well as my accessories, but I think I got the accessory closet figured out yesterday. It's a family armoire. I still need a place for my jewelry.
ooh, Hedvig - I love the stuff you posted. I like the mix of contemporary and antiques. A cool biedemire mirror would be beautiful. I've always loved that light shade too...

I want this dining room set from Crate & Barrel. It fits both mine and SO's qualifications--I want wood and he wants glass--and I totally love the chairs.
I've been wanting this dining room group for over a year now. It's only $2k and is a very good price because in person it looks so nice!
I also would like a pink round ottoman for my closet. Where I could possibly get one is beyond me. It'd be nice to sit down when I'm putting my shoes on or when I'm deciding what I want to wear.
This John Derian decoupage tray. Or any of his pieces, actually!
And this paperweight:
I also want: A new computer desk, like this: A console table or some piece of furniture for the tv and stereo equipment A headboard A flat screen computer monitor The list goes on and on....
i really want a ton of art work from santa fe. i could spend so much money in the art galleries of santa fe.
i love this artist for my future little girl's room..
i love this artist because he's kinda trippy, but i don't love this painting.
we have a couple by this person but i want more.
this glass is really amazing in real life.
gosh there's soo much more i could post...

shopgirl82- that glass is amazing!!! how much does something like that run? I also adore santa fe/southwestern art- do you have any recs? is that where you live?
some of mine:
these are perrrrrfect to me. i want to get a set, but at $12, i thought i'd wait (though i've been waiting...) as soon as they are on sale- pounce!
i have this pillow on my bed and i love it- so its not really a want anymore- but on sale for 7.95- thought i'd post it! i love ikat- it ties lots of different styles together in my room.
enzo mari pesci puzzle- designed in 1974, limited edition. loveee these- but it's $490!!! my friend works at this toy store, so i could get it for 30% off, but still! its so beautiful, i'd want them on a shelf.
i've wanted this steak knife set for forever, and then lucky goes and puts it in their gift guide!!! i hope it doesn't sell out before it hits sale! $98 can't be justified right now.
ok, that is all i can think of that i've realllly wanted- all pretty random and overly expensive!
montmarte - I love that lamp. I'm really drawn to a lot of the colored opaque glass I've been seing around lately.
lynnie - that is a cool ass puzzle. another little known fact about me (and my husband) is we are big puzzle builders. I have been looking for wooden puzzle - more for one that creates a shape when it's completed, but the one you posted is cool too. I want something that we can put on the coffee table though... and $490 is a lot of $$!

my bf offered to buy me one and i refused (i thought it was too much). i'm TOTALLY kicking myself now. it's sooo beautiful especially with light.
the 7" one is $800. i think the one my bf was going to buy me was $800-$900 (i don't think that i would necessarily want or need a super large one.)
santa fe (taos too) art is amazing. it's so bright and colorful and i just love santa fe so much. the food, culture, art, nature, etc... is so beautiful. i'm VERY close to buying a place there (a vacation home/investment house).
www.collectorsguide.com is a great resource. i have some favorites, but i can't really pick one favorite.
