ok, the infamous modern bed post is back.  i FINALLY found  a duvet color that i like (thanks to all your recommendations on coloring). 


i'll try to post actual pics of my bed later in the day after my dr's appt. 


but for now, anyone have links to pillows or ideas of colors?

550TC "Bordeaux" Sateen Duvet Cover & Shams Set: online bargain shopping from SmartBargains.com with a midnight blue headboard and marigold walls. 


i think i want graphic pillows.  there's a couple i saw that i like from www.pillowsandthrows.com and it's a lucky break, but i'm not sure if i should go floral or striped, etc...


p.s. there are no florals in my place, lots of geographic prints and i live with a boy.

with the navy, turquoise, and marigold, lime or moss was the first thing that came to mind... orange could be cool too (click on the pillow to link through)

Do you sew?  I think you could find some great graphic prints at almost any fabric store and make a variety of pillows to suit exactly what you fancy.

thanks for the ideas ladies. 


D- i like the lime in theory, but i'm not sure how great it will look against the marigold walls.  i do like the orange idea, and i actually had those originally, but i put them downstairs instead.

Orange and blue are lovely together, especially since they are Gator (University of Florida) colors!
