It kinda looks the same to me - only in one photo she has a lot of make-up on to make it look less angular and appear more soft.

i dunno, the picture looks photoshopped. (not that i've ever seen km in person to know what her nose actually looks like)

I think it is altered.  Remember those pics of Eva Herzigova that were out a year or two ago?  They altered a pic of her in a beautiful cocktail dress to look like she was a skeleton with skin.  Too bad there were a ton of other pics of her in that dress to prove that it wasn't real.

yeah definitely looks photoshopped and not well done either....
