Another reason to love shopbop- I e-mailed them about charging my cc twice for an order I placed last month, and they e-mailed me back the day after saying that they had already refunded the amount back to my account AND given me a $20 gift certificate for the billing error. Plus, I was also informed that I had another $20 gift certificate on my account from last year that was issued for the same reason that I hadn't known about. yay! that's an extra $40 for me!
