While I'm not a fan of the beard, he doesn't look that odd to me. He looks like every other cyclist in Austin (thanks for that trend, Lance) after a ride. However, I suspect he might not be post-ride. It might be one of his more questionable "sporty" outfits as of late, in which case, quit it!

He needs to get his poor pooch a new leash though.  That one is terrible - poor doggie!!
