So, I ordered a pucci wrap at a great price. I was fine paying $13 shipping cause it was so cute. They I picked up a pashmina since I was buying the wrap too. I never would have just bought the pashmina alone, I just did cause I figured I was paying $13 shipping for the pucci anyhow.

So fast forward to yesterday. I received the pashmina with no pucci wrap. A letter is attatched saying that they were out of stock and sorry, I'm not getting it. That sucks, but on top of that, they said they had computer problems and charged me for it!!! Greatttt, so no wrap, and I'm charged for it. So I just called customer service and they said they can't help me because of computer probelms.  What the F is wrong with their computers?! I will never shop with them again.

I agree, they suck..their technology is totally outdated.

I went to go return something I bought online at one of their stores. I was told by the sales associate (after waiting in line for like 15 minutes) that they can't do returns from online and that only customer service can do those returns (on the third floor). So, I go up to the third floor, wait in line again, and then I'm told that they mail it back for me and when the warehouse receives it my card will be credited back - and this can take up to a month!! WTF?! Every other store I've ever been to credits your card back immediately when you return online orders.

WTF!? I HATE them. They actually told me one of the items I bought with the 40SALE code had SHIPPED and they charged my credit card and everything ..then, today, I get an email saying that they are sorry and there was a mistake and my card has been credited and the item never actually shipped. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems to me that Bloomingdales doesn't want to have an online store and they only have one because the times dictate online shopping. I love their physical stores, the selection is fabolous. Online though - I have had bad experiences, including having to wait six weeks for them to process a return. Also, has anyone noticed how small the selection of items is on their website?

Also, I don't like their credit card services. I recently opened some store credit card accounts and applied online to Nordstom, Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales. Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus approved me and each started me out with a $4,000 credit limit. Bloomingdales gave me instant approval online, even gave me my credit card account number and told me I could start shopping now - but did not give me my credit limit amount! When the card arrived in the mail, there was no credit limit mentioned anywhere. I called them and they told me my credit limit was $500. What an insult! For the record, I keep close guard on my credit reports and I know that Bloomingdales pulled the same credit report that Nordstrom's did, so this has nothing to do with my credit reports. Looks like Neiman Marcus and Norstrom will be getting a lot more of my business these days.

Opening multiple lines of credit in a short time frame puts up a red flag.  And if you opened the Bloomingdales last, that would explain it.
