We've been bad about our daily posts lately but I'd like to know how everyone's doing. I'm down about 5 pounds since starting WW. I've been doing it for about a month so my weight loss has been pretty slow, but I'm only about 5 pounds away from my pre preggo weight, so I'm happy about that (especially since there were 2 weeks where I didn't go to the gym AT ALL).
I'm down 7.5 since 8/28. Yay! I gained a couple back last week when I was at a work conference and couldn't regulate what I was eating very well (although I tried). At the end of this week I expect to still be at 7.5 or perhaps 8.
I don't post regularly in this section but I wanted to say that I just got a treadmill over the weekend and walked 1.5 miles and jogged another 0.5 mile. I was so proud of myself! I plan to do this three or four times a week. I've really been trying to eat healthy too (although I had a lapse today when a coworker bought my lunch of a chili dog, onion rings and smurf ice cream), but hopefully the weight loss will follow. I figure that now that I have it out there that I'm consciously trying to lose weight it will motivate me to stay on track.
