I doubt she'll be charged. At a .08, it would be hard for a prosecutor to take that case... Nonetheless I'm surprised this is the first time it's happened.

Like we should expect good grammar from her, but I still enjoy her messing up with "had not ate all day." Maybe she was drinking to get over the pain of being turned away at Bungalow 8?
